Call me Sunday Game Night

Yes, Game Friends, there is a Sunday Game Night. It exists as certainly as
friendship and nachos and board games exist, and you know that those things
will be at my apartment at 5pm this Sunday. Alas! How dreary would be the world
if there were no Sunday Game Night! It would be as dreary as if there were no
Game Friends. There would be no fun then, no competitive joy, no fancy beer to
make tolerable the d6 and d12 of outrageous fortune,
or to take arms against a sea of dice,
and, by opposing, roll the die: to explore strange new games, to
seek out new friends and new nacho construction methods, to boldly go where no
meeple has gone before,
And that has made all the difference.

According to the subject line of this email, I can only assume you have attempted to re-write the lyrics to Call Me Maybe, the internationally treasured pop anthem of modern dating. However, we just tried it and the meter is completely off, not to mention the totally absent rhyme scheme. Understandably, the genius of Carly Rae Jepsen is difficult, if not impossible, to reproduce.
