Hunt for Sunday Game Night

Game Friends,
You probably have Sunday Game Night pegged by this point: once you’ve legged it over here, there’s a veggie tray on the table and maybe the soft arpeggios of bootlegged music (usually not reggae) are already playing. There’s often a growler or two of beer on the counter but this is no kegger—if you were thinking of vegging out you’re probably in the wrong place. No, once everyone has settled in I unveil my nest-egg of board games and share some choice selections for the evening, and there we remain until the games have got us cross-eyed and bowlegged, or is it bow-eyed and crosslegged? But eventually once the last dreggy beers are gone it’s time to go home; much as I might try, you can no longer be egged on to play one more game. And this Sunday’s installment will be no different. If that doesn’t sound like your kind of evening, well: beggars can’t be choosers. (I think I just negged you a little).
