If you thought that maybe in 2019 I would turn over a new leaf w.r.t. sending you timely notifications of impending Sunday Game Nights, then, Game Friends, I would suggest you take a look at the time and date on this email and revise your expectations downward, clear your schedule for tomorrow, figure out what snack you’re bringing, etc., etc., the key word of course being “timely” (i.e. not “sending notifications”, without which there would be no Game Night per se, although summer-based policy changes stand as a clear (but at this point irrelevant) exception).
