The Rabbit, the Snake, and the Sunday Game Night

Game Friends,
A Rabbit, having decided to host a Game Night, let it be known to the various animals. When his good friend the Snake arrived, the Rabbit exclaimed, “But how will you roll dice with no hands!” To which the Snake replied, “Although I shall not play games tonight, I have traveled here to enjoy your company, and look: I have brought food to share. Will you turn me away?” The Rabbit, shamed by his callousness, welcomed the Snake to Game Night.
Moral: The value of Game Night is in the friends, not in the games.

P.S. Usual info applies: my place, Sunday 5pm, bring something to eat/drink to share, let me know if you’re coming.

A frog living on a hexagonal island needed wool, but had only brick. Knowing a scorpion who owned a flock of sheep on the other side of the river, the frog offered to give the scorpion a free ride across, saving the ferry toll, if the scorpion would trade one wool for the frog’s one brick. The scorpion agreed, and climbed atop the frog’s back.
But halfway across the river the scorpion rolled a seven and placed the robber on the frog’s brick and felt no remorse for doing so.
Moral: Don’t trust your friends at Game Night.

A cat, having missed Game Night and all his Game Night friends for so very long, returns. He destroys all the games, eats all the food, and attacks all the other animals.
Moral: Don’t invite Bingel to Game Night.
